Screening is mandatory for all first-time clients. Any information shared will remain strictly confidential and will be deleted upon screening completion. Kindly remember that the more information you can give me, the more comfortable I will feel during our time together.

Please choose a minimum of one option from the following:

  • Two references from established companions whom you have seen within the past 12 months. Please provide their names, websites, and email addresses.

  • Gov’ issued ID + Link of your profile page on your company website or your LinkedIn (valid with 300+ connections and/or endorsements from other profiles).

  • Your work email address that ends with the corporate domain. I will send you a discreet confirmation email from an unpublished email address. Please reply to complete the verification.
